Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We have a 30 day return policy where you have 30 calendar days to return your item after receiving it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.
You’ll also need your order number and proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item, we will let you know and after inspecting the item, immediately notify you of the status of your refund. 
Refunds will be made to your credit card or through the original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service please get in touch, we would be grateful for the opportunity to resolve any problems. If for any reason we are unable to resolve your issue we will issue a refund.
